Quality control and warranty

Free-storage service

Limited free storage service is available.if clients would like to hold the shipment temporarily to co-load with the cargo from other supplier, we will keep the shipment until client's further notice. The limited period is 30days.

Timely after-sales service

If any damages or shortage are reported upon receipt of shipment by clients, we will take positive actions in 24 working hours to work out solutions and deal with it accordingly. 

Consolidation of cargo

There is no enough cargo to fill the entire space in a container, we'd like to consolidate and organize the shipment from the other suppliers to be placed timely and properly, keep the client posted of any updates and make sure all cargo to be loaded and shipped out.

A1. At first, the price we quote are all wholesale price. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.

Q2. How long will it take to finish the order?
A2.It depends on the size of order, generally for regular items, we finish the order in 10-20 days . Specific lead time will be available when the order is finalized.

Q3. What is the policy of sampling?
A3. Sample is available at the cost of double charges , the charges will be refunded at the regular cost when bulk order is finalized. The buyer are required to bear the freight charges. We are glad to help you with the shipment and share our professional comments.Any question. Pls inquire further

A4. Generally MOQ is 20 units.if it is our regular item, no MOQ requirements
