Also we can do mail box packing ,can pass the drop test . 


F.Logistics process:You can have your own shipping agent to arrange shipment for you or we can help you to arrange the shipment. Our transport workers are professional. They will keep the goods smooth and steady.And we will also double check the quantity again to avoid some missing parts.

Q1. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A2. Sure, please make an appointment in advance, we will arrange accordingly.

Q3.How long is our production leading time?
A3:within 15-20 days upon receiving deposit in normal season, and 25-30days in our busy time(August,September,October).

Q4. How long is the guarantee (period)?
A4:Three years quality warranty . We have special team work for after sales service to help you solve any kind of problem.

Q5. If I have special require on color and logo can you do that ?
A5:Any colors you prefer for we can changed the color as your requirement,and also we can put your logo or mark on the chairs.

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pearl cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden
frame outsides to protect the items.

Q7. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A7: If there is some small missing components,we will DHL to you ASAP within one week.


Q8.What kind of documents we will provide for you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
